1. Purpose This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited behavior and required conduct when using Agility services, accounts, and systems. 2. Prohibited Conduct Do not use services for unlawful activity, fraud, deception, harassment, abuse, or rights violations. Do not submit false declarations, forged documents, stolen payment instruments, or unauthorized account access attempts. Do not attempt to bypass security, interfere with platform availability, reverse engineer restricted systems, or automate abuse. 3. Prohibited Cargo and Compliance Do not submit or route items prohibited by law, carrier policy, customs rules, or Agility policy. You must comply with sanctions, export controls, customs declarations, and applicable import/export restrictions. 4. Data and Privacy Respect Do not misuse personal data of other users, recipients, or staff. Do not scrape, harvest, or redistribute personal information without lawful authorization. 5. Communications Standards Do not send spam, deceptive messages, malware links, or abusive content through Agility channels. 6. Enforcement Agility may investigate violations and apply actions including warning, account restriction, shipment hold, cancellation, reporting to authorities, and permanent suspension. Costs incurred due to violations may be charged to the account holder. 7. Reporting Report suspected abuse or security incidents to support@agilityshipping.com. 8. Updates This policy may be updated over time, and continued use may require renewed acceptance of material changes.
